1) اقدامات مقدماتي:
بازديد اوليه از محل جهت انجام برآوردهاي مورد نياز،تعيين محل پيشنهادي و اوليه، بررسي وضعيت محل ازنظر آفتابگيري و فضاي مناسب جهت نصب، حفاظت و ايمني ساختمان جهت احداث ازجمله اقدامات اوليه است كه در اين خصوص انجام مي گيرد.
2) عمليات طراحي:
در اين قسمت عمليات مربوط به، طراحي نيروگاه فتوولتائيك،تهيه مشخصات فني و نقشه هاي اجرايي، انتخاب تجهيزات مانند پانل هاي خورشيدي، اينورتر (اينورترها) ، طراحي سازه و پايه نگهدارنده مبتني به انتخاب كابل ها و متعلقات و تابلو هاي لازم ، به همراه تجهيزات لازم جهت اتصال به شبكه، توسط پيمانكار، صورت مي گيرد.
3) تامین تجهیزات:
خريد تجهيزات شامل پانل ها، اينورترها، سازه هاي نگهدارنده به همراه پايه هاي بتني، كابل ها و لوله هاي مربوطه و ساير متعلقات ، تابلو ها، فيوزها وكليد هاي لازم ،تهيه تابلوي اتصال به شبكه و كابل كشي هاي لازم و تهيه سيستم زمين به همراه متعلقات مي باشد.
4) نصب و راه اندازي:
عمليات نصب و راه اندازي شامل، نصب سازه ها و پايه بتني، نصب پانل هاي خورشيدي، سيم كشي ، كابل كشي پانل ها به همراه داكت ها و لوله هاي لازم و تابلو هاي مربوطه ، نصب اينورتر ، نصب تابلو هاي لازم به همراه تجهيزات جهت تزريق به شبكه، اجراي سيستم ارت مورد نياز، راه اندازي كل سيستم شامل راه اندازي بخش AC و DC است.
